Training Sessions

This section contains structured training sessions. Each session has a single clear goal and contains linked drills that build toward that goal.

How Sessions Are Structured

Each session has:

  • A single clear goal — what should players do better by the end?
  • Linked drills from the drill library, ordered to build the skill progressively
  • Coaching cues specific to the session goal
  • Constraints for small-sided games that reinforce the theme

See Drill Template and Session Template in the templates folder for reference.

Session Reflections

Post-session observations live separately from the plans — keeping plans reusable and reflections honest.
