The under space is the area of the pitch within the first 15 metres directly in front of the disc. It is one of two high-value attacking zones in our system and is where the majority of continuation cuts and reset throws are targeted.

The under space is the most active part of our offence. Cuts into this zone keep the disc moving forward at low risk — the throws are short, the angles are manageable, and the receiver has room to operate.
Because it is so valuable, it must be kept clear when not in use. An inactive player sitting in the under space blocks the timing of every cut that follows. If you are not the active cutter, you should not be in this zone.
When the under space and Scoring Space overlap, we move into structured endzone offence.
